Lose fat? I want to fit into my size 2 skinny jeans better?
Okay so my stats:
130 lbs at 5’6 // 1.67 meters at 59 kg (9 stone 4 lbs)
22% body fat
about 25-26 inch waist and a 34 under bra line
I want to fit better into my size 2 jeans. It’s too hard though. I used to workout every day, sometimes two or three times a day and eat oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch and salad for dinner and I didn’t lose anything. I felt the lovehandles still there!!
Now I’ve been skipping meals. Between today and yesterday I’ve only eaten twice. (I want to generally slim down muscle and fat). I hate that working out and eating well didn’t give me results. Any one tried the Dukan diet?
Any other tips to slim down quickly? Perhaps a juice fast?
Personally I don’t know if I believe the body stores the next meal as fat, I think it just uses those calories for whatever work I did that day and since there is a deficit, actually my body uses a bit of itself as fuel.
